Major in Global Studies, Minor in Professional Writing
Language Justice intern at Just Communities. I organize interpretation training workshops, lead outreach efforts, and manage the Language Justice Network
I'm going to be a Development Assistant for Miracles for Kids, an OC non-profit that helps critically ill children and their families fight bankruptcy, homelessness, hunger and depression.
Why I chose the Civic Engagement Track:
I have a strong passion for community building and I knew this track would challenge me not only as a student, but as someone who is dedicated to working in the non-profit sector.
My most memorable moments at UCSB were:
Studying abroad in Paris, being awarded at the UN General Assembly Hall, performing spoken word at Vietnamese Culture Night, and meeting all my amazing classmates in the Civic Engagement track.
