Internship I hold an internship at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse with Superior Court Judge, James Herman. Overall, this internship provides optimal exposure to the legal system. Judge Herman is a great resource for asking questions and expanding one's knowledge of legal processes.
Post-Graduation Plans After graduation, I will be taking an LSAT prep course on campus. In September, I will take the LSAT exam. Before starting law school the following year, I plan to travel abroad and work.
Why I chose the Civic Engagement Track: My interest in the legal field and passion for helping others drew me to the Civic Engagement Track. I wanted to work with like-minded individuals who also wish to better our community.
My most memorable moments at UCSB were: My time at UCSB has been filled with highlights. I was an active member of a Greek organization and I studied abroad in my favorite city: Florence, Italy. I was able to attend a university in a picturesque location while taking interesting classes. I enjoyed both of my majors and the opportunity to work with esteemed professors. I worked on campus at CLAS and loved the opportunity to help my peers. I interned at a beautiful historical landmark, the Santa Barbara County Courthouse, which propelled my desire to attend law school.
